Because the TrackHabits.store tracker is delivered as an instant, downloadable digital HTML file, we cannot physically "take back" the product once it has been downloaded. Therefore, we maintain a strict No Refunds and All Sales Final policy.
Unlike physical goods or subscription software that can be revoked, a downloaded HTML file is permanently in your possession. This policy protects our intellectual property and prevents fraudulent purchases where a user might download the file and immediately request a refund while keeping the product.
We take pride in the quality of our code. If you experience a genuine technical issue where the file you downloaded is corrupted or fundamentally defective, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Our support team will work with you to provide a working replacement file.
